A classic 1964 straight tail Cessna 150 with the "Omni-Vision" rear window!
Over the past year and a half we have invested over $10k in upgrades, maintenance and repairs, including:
- A new generator and voltage regulator
- All new charging system wiring
- New sparkplugs and wiring harness
- A new starter clutch
- A new tachometer
- A new turn coordinator
- A re-conditioned Bendix/King KX155 NAV/COM Radio with digital VOR
- A re-conditioned Narco Mode C transponder
- New battery
- Reconditioned carburetor heat box
- Electronic panel lighting dimmer
- Rebuilt tail tie-down
- Brake pads replaced during annual
- Rebuilt front oleo strut
- Windshield was recently replaced (by the previous owner)
- Annual was completed December 2008
- Exterior is an 8/10 and interior an 8/10
- Has wheel pants
- Very economical to fly - only 5.5 GPH cruise @75% throttle!
- Low engine time and low airframe time (about 700 hrs SMOH and about 3500 hrs TT)
This is a very well cared for 150. Everything works as it should, and it is an affordable, easy and fun to fly aircraft. We have replaced many of the aging items in this aircraft and it needs no work at all. This would make the perfect trainer or even a local commuter aircraft. |
