| Description: |
Cruise 145 KTAS on 10 gph or LOP 135 KTAS on 8 gph (1200+ nm!). Excellent traveling machine - my wife and I have flown around the US and up to Alaska. Good clean airframe - flies hands off well maintained at Mooney specialist Top Gun Aviation in Stockton.
Engine Specs:
Lycoming 200 HP IO-360 A1A factory re-man installed by Top Gun Aviation in Stockton in July 2004. Flown regularly.
Prop:
Hartzel 2-blade, 1500 SNEW
Modifications/Conversions:
One piece windshield cowl closure and wing root fairings, LASAR gap seals, Monroy long range tanks (88 gal. total), electric flap conversion, alternator conversion

Garmin GNS430W w terrain alert, dedicated CDI, LPV approaches KX 155 w GS, dedicated CDI JPI EDM-700 engine monitor Hoskins fuel flow & totalizer Brittain B-6 A/P w tracking (factory overhauled & checked out in May 2006) DME & 4 place intercom
Exterior:
Paint in good condition(1997), hangared at OAK paint is white with blue trim on wingtips and bottom of fuselage.
Interior:
Interior in good condition (1996), no rips, tears, stains, a few minor cracks in plastic panels blue-gray upholstry
Additional Equipment:
Same owner last 10 years, all logs, Service & Parts Manuals, canopy cover.
Inspection Status:
Annual June 2009 at Top Gun Aviation in Stockton (Mooney Service Center).
