(There is an ADF in the airplane but it is not currenty hooked up to an antenna. Since the GPS can be used as a substitute for ADF for all purposes except an actual NDB approach, I didnt see a reason to waste the money on it.)

The plane does have a Century autopilot. It has a wing leveler mode and also can couple to the Vor/Loc.

This is a nice flying airplane and I wish I could keep it but I just dont have the money at this point. I fly the plane regularly in IFR. Its a good cross country plane, and I often cruise at 110 TAS at altitude. Ive put over 10, 000 into repairs and upgrades over the last year and I will not get most of that money back out of the plane. The value will be passed to you as the plane now has all digital radios, an IFR GPS, and fresh cylinders.

There is some minor damage history (prop strike) that is documented in the logs (complete logs). A previous owner ran off the runnway during a precautionary landing and the prop hit the grass. There was no major damage but legally the engine had to be torn down and inspected according to the prop strike AD. Apparently there was a problem with the exhaust valve in the #4 cylinder causing some oil to leake into the exhaust and create smoke. All 4 cylinders and exhaust valves have been replaced since then and should take you well past TBO.
